does anyone know where i can get drivers for ati xpress 200 on ubuntu 8.4? i tried downloading the driver that ubuntu recommends but i get a message on my screen saying "out of range" when i install it. can somebody please help me?
That is the right driver but your screen doesn't support the refresh rate i had the same problem, upgrade to 10.8 and install the driver and the problem is fixed.

i can't set the resolution above 800x600 and ati catalyst control dosn't work. do you have any ideas how to fix this ?
